An exceptional mid-century white barbell desk lamp designed by John Mascheroni for George Kovacs, circa 1970's. The lamp sits on an acrylic cylindrical base and, with a unique switch mechanism, is turned on and off by leaning the lamp forward and backward on the base.
In excellent vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use.
