A truly unique postmodern lucite table lamp with a black square lucite base and a slated shade of clear lucite triangles with a cut out circle in each triangle. In a very clever design, base sits on four small lucite feet and the shade of triangular pieces lifts off the base of to reveal a light bulb inside. Stunning when it's turned off and mind-boggling beautiful when it's lit up! The light thrown through the shade on top is outstanding and the clear lucite feet and open bottom make the lamp look like it's floating.
In very good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use, including repairs to three of the triangular pieces on top and a crack in one. (Please see photos for detail.) No maker's mark.
