Designed by Andrea Branzi for Twergi (Alessi's line of wooden pieces) in 1991, this turned pearwood pepper grinder is one of the rarer and more collectible pieces from Alessi. After Ettore Sottsass' work with Alessi, Branzi, a member of the influential Archizoom group, was second among a growing list of high profile designers and artists who brought their artistic vision to Alessi's shops. This pepper mill is twelve inches tall with a diamond pattern scored into the wood.
In excellent condition with little signs of use. Includes original instructions.
