A limited edition 2003 design by Alessandro Mendini, the prolific and world-renowned Italian architect and designer, for SLAMP / Samuel Parker, an Italian lighting manufacturer. With brightly colored shapes in pink, blue, yellow, and green set on a translucent white material, this lamp looks as good switched off as when it is on and brightly glowing. Body is made of Opalflex, a flexible material, with internal socket and on/off switch on the cord.
This is new old stock in the original packaging. Marked with serial number “AA-3452” on lamp and made in Italy and the manufacturer’s information on included original paperwork.
