Formed in 1985 by Dimitri Michaelides, Sam Stang and David Levi, IBEX Glass Studio was heavily influenced by American studio glass pioneers, mid-century Venetian glass, and postmodern European design, including Ettore Sottsass and his Memphis contemporaries. Sitting on a round black foot, this bowl has a tapered cylindrical red bowl, and a delicate blue rim.
In excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or scratches. Signed on bottom edge of bowl "IBEX 1984".
