The Art Deco influence on Mexican-American artist Luis Preciado’s work is abundantly clear in this signed serigraph, as is the fact that he clearly drew from similar inspirations as Patrick Nagel.
Against a black background with slashing stripes of a bright blue, the alabaster-skinned subject stands with nothing on but a yellow head wrap, bright purple gloves, and the remainder of her clothes down around her waist.
Signed by the artist (Preciado ’87”) in the lower right corner and presented in a professionally built black leather frame.
