A lovely postmodern flying saucer table lamp in style of Robert Sonneman for George Kovacs. A rose colored brass base, upright supports, and shade, with accents including triangular glass pieces coming down under the bulb and a glass ring built into the shade.
Shade reflects light up through a mesh opening on top, which also keeps the bulb's heat under control, and down on the table top. The triangular embellishments on the underside of the shade give a stunning architectural quality to this lamp. Works great and has a dimmer switch on the base. In excellent vintage condition with very light wear consistent with age and use.
