Mid-century modern ”Astrolite" lucite bookends by the Ritts Company of Los Angeles. This pair have clever faceted edges that magnificently catch and bend ambient light and colors from book covers. The Ritts Company was owned by Herbert and Shirley Ritts, parents of famed photographer Herb Ritts.
In excellent vintage condition with very few visible marks. Stickers have been removed but are undoubtedly from the Astrolite line.
