This mid-century modern lounge chair designed by Ray Wilkes for Herman Miller gets its name from its cushions that look like large pieces of Chiclet gum. Produced in 1976, the Chiclet chair clearly is from the same era as Pierre Paulin’s greatest work.
The chairs is upholstered in a blue/grey wool blend fabric. Light wear to upholstery on front of left leg and back of right leg. (See photos.) Has original Herman Miller sticker.
This chair has both distinctive lines and a chameleon like quality that makes it look great with most any decor. Fits in a living room, bedroom or even as a guest chair in an office.
