Originally thought of to be a fisherman’s stool, this vintage black plastic stool by Henry Massonnet has an iconic hour glass shape and became a classic of late 1960s design. Lightweight and versatile, it makes a great step stool, drink stand, side table, or occasional seating. It can be found in the permanent collections of the MOMA in New York and the Museum of Decorative Art in Paris.
In good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. Marked “Made in Denmark" on inside.
