A pair of vintage Alias 109 Spaghetti armchairs with tan seat, back, and arm rests on a chrome frame by Giandomenico Belotti. A classic of modern design that can be found in the permanent design collection of the MoMA, these are named for the pasta-like strands of PVC wrapped around the the chrome frame of the seat and back. These flexible cords provide comfortable seating and spring back in perfect alignment when not in use. And they are stackable!
In very good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. Each chair retains the original Alias sticker.
