An amazing pair of matched mid-century modern lucite and glass side tables. Square glass tops sit on stacked geometric lucite bases and tops held up by four square lucite columns and a thin chrome cylindrical stem. An ingenious design with columns fixed in place with tiny metal pins that disappear, giving the tables a perfect floating appearance, and a thin metal screw that runs through the chrome stems to provide the tables' structural integrity.
In excellent vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. No maker's mark.
