Patrick Nagel was an American artist best known for his illustrations for Playboy magazine and Duran Duran’s Rio album cover. Nagel generally worked from a photograph and simplified by removing elements that he felt unnecessary.
This serigraph depicts one of Nagel’s signature beauties with long gold earrings and a black jacket. The print is framed with a double matte, the first a very 1980s marble and the second white. Frame is black and has very mild chipping to top.
