Modernist glass sculpture by Sacramento, CA artists Kurt & Marsha Runstadler. Made by “slumping” glass, this striking piece features strong vertical lines that gradually bend forward as if falling. The center is banded with contrasting horizontal chrome and brass bands and the piece stands on a chrome base.
It is signed and dated 1987. It is number 26 of an edition of 50.
There are two almost imperceptible small chips on two of the sheets between the band and the base.
